Correct answer: APembrolizumab + nab-paclitaxel or paclitaxel

The KEYNOTE-355 trial demonstrated that pembrolizumab + chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel, paclitaxel or gemcitabine-carboplatin) significantly improved PFS and OS compared with chemotherapy alone in metastatic TNBC with PD-L1 CPS ≥10 (NICE TA801). Atezolizumab + nab-paclitaxel (IMpassion130) was previously used but atezolizumab was voluntarily withdrawn from this indication following IMpassion131 failure.
