NICE TA1097 recommends enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab for untreated unresectable or metastatic urothelial cancer when platinum chemotherapy is suitable. eGFR 35 mL/min makes cisplatin unsuitable but does not preclude carboplatin, so the patient remains platinum-suitable.
