B is correct. Adults and patients at least 35 kg receive six doses of four 20/120 mg tablets: at diagnosis, then 8, 24, 36, 48 and 60 hours. Lumefantrine absorption is food dependent, so each dose should be taken with food or a milky drink as soon as tolerated. Once-daily or four-dose schedules underdose the infection, two tablets is a paediatric-weight error, and primaquine does not replace completion of the ACT or bypass G6PD assessment.
