B is correct. The RAPIDS studies showed fewer new digital ulcers with bosentan, especially in patients with multiple ulcers, but no improvement in time to healing of existing ulcers. It is therefore a prevention strategy, not a substitute for wound care, infection assessment, analgesia, revascularisation review or other management of an established ulcer.
