How does Delgocitinib work?
Delgocitinib blocks JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and TYK2, reducing inflammatory signalling involved in chronic hand eczema. This helps limit local inflammation, itching and pain.

How to take Delgocitinib
Use only on the skin and follow the prescriber's instructions.
Apply to clean, dry affected skin on the hands and wrists.
Do not layer other topical products onto the same area unless advised by the prescriber.
Avoid the eyes, mouth, nose and other mucous membranes. Rinse thoroughly with water after accidental contact.
If another person applies it, they should wash their hands afterwards.
Do not smoke or approach naked flames while using the cream. Contaminated fabrics remain a fire risk even after washing.
