Is it known whether pembrolizumab passes into human breast milk?

It is unknown whether pembrolizumab passes into human milk; risk to newborns/infants cannot be excluded because antibodies can enter milk, so a decision is needed whether to discontinue breast-feeding or pembrolizumab, considering the benefits of breast-feeding for the child and treatment for the woman.
