Indapamide + perindopril (Coversyl Arginine Plus) is not recommended during the first trimester; evidence of ACE-inhibitor teratogenicity is inconclusive, but a small increased risk cannot be excluded, and ACE-inhibitor treatment should be stopped immediately when pregnancy is diagnosed.
