Is glucarpidase known to pass into human breast milk?

It is unknown whether glucarpidase or its metabolites pass into human milk, and infant risk cannot be excluded; a decision to discontinue breastfeeding or discontinue/abstain from glucarpidase therapy must balance breastfeeding benefits for the child against treatment benefits for the woman.
