For Twinrix Adult, hold the syringe upright in a closed hand and vigorously tip upside down and back for at least 15 seconds; inspect and repeat for at least another 15 seconds, then reinspect, if not uniformly hazy white (not clear); do not administer if foreign particles or abnormal appearance are observed.
