How should a needle be attached to the Twinrix Paediatric pre-filled syringe?

After re-suspending Twinrix Paediatric, hold the syringe by its barrel, not its plunger, unscrew the cap anticlockwise, connect the needle hub to the Luer Lock Adaptor and rotate a quarter turn clockwise until locked; do not pull the plunger out of the barrel or administer the vaccine if this happens.
