How should a frozen vial of Upstaza (eladocagene exuparvovec) be thawed and mixed before use?

Using aseptic technique under sterile conditions and wearing a gown, safety glasses, mask and gloves, thaw the Upstaza (eladocagene exuparvovec) vial upright at room temperature until completely thawed, gently invert approximately three times without shaking, then inspect and do not use if particulates, cloudiness or discolouration are visible.
