How often should liver function tests be monitored during the first six months of selumetinib hydrogen sulfate treatment?

During selumetinib hydrogen sulfate (Koselugo) treatment, liver laboratory values should be monitored at least monthly during the first six months, as well as before treatment initiation and thereafter as clinically indicated.
