Voriconazole enhances warfarin’s anticoagulant effect: with warfarin 30 mg once and voriconazole 300 mg twice daily, the maximum increase in prothrombin time was approximately twofold; close monitoring of prothrombin time or other suitable anticoagulation tests and adjustment of the anticoagulant dose are recommended.
