Fluconazole 200 mg daily with a single celecoxib 200 mg dose increased mean celecoxib Cmax by 60% and AUC by 130%; celecoxib should be used at half the recommended dose with fluconazole, and this combination should be avoided in known CYP2C9 poor metabolisers.
