Darolutamide 600 mg twice daily for five days increased rosuvastatin mean exposure (AUC) and peak concentration (Cmax) approximately fivefold after a single 5 mg rosuvastatin dose with food; co-administration should be avoided unless there is no therapeutic alternative.
