How do CYP2D6 inhibitors affect acute exposure to vernakalant hydrochloride?

Population pharmacokinetic analyses found no substantial differences in acute vernakalant hydrochloride exposure (Cmax and AUC0–90min) with weak or potent CYP2D6 inhibitors given within one day before infusion, and no dose adjustment is required with concurrent CYP2D6 inhibitors.
