Orlistat (Xenical) can slightly lower amiodarone blood levels, as observed with a single amiodarone dose in a limited number of healthy volunteers; clinical relevance during ongoing amiodarone treatment is unknown but may matter in some cases, so closer clinical and ECG monitoring is warranted when used together.
