Does Janumet (metformin + sitagliptin) affect the ability to drive or use machines?

Janumet (metformin + sitagliptin) has no or negligible influence on driving or using machines, but dizziness and somnolence reported with sitagliptin and the risk of hypoglycaemia when combined with a sulphonylurea or insulin must be considered.
