Can tocilizumab be used during pregnancy?

Tocilizumab (RoActemra) should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary, as adequate human data are lacking, high-dose animal studies showed increased spontaneous abortion/embryo-foetal death, and the potential human risk is unknown.
