Can cobicistat be used during breastfeeding?

Answer

Tybost (cobicistat) should not be used during breastfeeding because infant risk cannot be excluded: human milk excretion is unknown, animal milk excretion occurs, and women living with HIV are advised not to breastfeed to avoid transmitting HIV.
