Uvadex (methoxsalen) must be injected immediately into the photoactivation bag because it can sorb onto PVC and other plastics, with approximately 30% sorption in the treatment circuit; only the THERAKOS CELLEX photopheresis procedural kit supplied for the instrument should be used.
