Answer
Rifampicin is contraindicated with Sunlenca (lenacapavir sodium) because strong induction of CYP3A, P-gp and UGT1A1 may significantly decrease lenacapavir plasma concentrations, resulting in loss of therapeutic effect and development of resistance.
