Pedmarqsi (sodium thiosulfate) is delayed until at least 6 hours after cisplatin infusion ends to prevent potential interference with cisplatin’s antitumour efficacy, and must not be given if cisplatin infusion lasts longer than 6 hours or another cisplatin infusion is planned within 6 hours.
