Answer
Caution is needed because of osteonecrosis of the jaw when Piqray (alpelisib) and denosumab or bisphosphonates are used simultaneously or sequentially; Piqray should not be started in patients with ongoing jaw osteonecrosis from previous or concurrent bisphosphonate/denosumab treatment.
