Who should administer or supervise the administration of cisatracurium besilate?

Cisatracurium besilate should only be administered by or under the supervision of anaesthetists or other clinicians familiar with neuromuscular blocking agents, with facilities available for tracheal intubation, pulmonary ventilation and adequate arterial oxygenation.
