Which types of active juvenile idiopathic arthritis is baricitinib indicated for in patients aged 2 years and older after an inadequate response or intolerance to prior DMARDs?

Baricitinib is indicated for active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (RF-positive, RF-negative or extended oligoarticular), enthesitis-related arthritis and juvenile psoriatic arthritis in patients aged 2 years and older with inadequate response or intolerance to one or more prior conventional synthetic or biologic DMARDs.
