Reconstitute a vial of Pazenir (paclitaxel albumin) with 20 ml sodium chloride 9 mg/ml (0.9%) solution for infusion, using a sterile syringe to inject slowly over at least 1 minute onto the inside vial wall, not directly onto the powder, to avoid foaming.
