Answer
Tobramycin injection treats serious susceptible-organism infections involving the CNS, gastrointestinal tract, lower respiratory tract, skin, bone or soft tissues, septicaemia, neonatal sepsis, and complicated or recurrent urinary infections; serious staphylococcal infections may be considered when penicillin or less toxic drugs are contraindicated and susceptibility testing and clinical judgement support use.
