Fruquintinib (FRUZAQLA) is indicated for adults with metastatic colorectal cancer previously treated with available therapies, including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, with or without anti-VEGF therapy and, if RAS wildtype and medically appropriate, anti-EGFR therapy.
