Lipantil Micro 67 (fenofibrate), alongside diet and other non-drug measures, treats severe hypertriglyceridaemia with or without low HDL cholesterol; mixed hyperlipidaemia when statins are contraindicated or not tolerated; or mixed hyperlipidaemia in high-cardiovascular-risk patients alongside a statin when triglycerides and HDL cholesterol are inadequately controlled.
