With dupilumab (Dupixent), common injection-site reactions include erythema, oedema, pruritus, pain and swelling in atopic dermatitis, asthma and CRSwNP; bruising was additionally reported in EoE and COPD, and injection-site induration, rash and dermatitis in COPD.
