Which forms of severe chronic neutropenia is filgrastim indicated to treat?

Long-term filgrastim is indicated for severe congenital, cyclic or idiopathic neutropenia in children or adults with an absolute neutrophil count ≤0.5 × 10⁹/L and a history of severe or recurrent infections, to increase neutrophil counts and reduce the incidence and duration of infection-related events.
