Which fluids can be used to dilute Prograf (tacrolimus) 5 mg/ml concentrate for solution for infusion?

Prograf (tacrolimus) 5 mg/ml concentrate for solution for infusion must be diluted with 5% w/v glucose or physiological saline in polyethylene, polypropylene or glass, never PVC, using only transparent, colourless solutions, to 0.004–0.100 mg/ml and 20–500 ml per 24 hours; do not inject undiluted or administer as a bolus.
