Which diluent is used to prepare zidovudine (Retrovir 10 mg/ml IV for Infusion) before administration?

Retrovir 10 mg/ml IV for Infusion (zidovudine) must be diluted with Glucose Intravenous Infusion 5% w/v to a final concentration of 2 or 4 mg/ml under full aseptic conditions, preferably immediately before administration, because it contains no antimicrobial preservative.
