Which cancers may Eldisine (vindesine sulfate) be used to treat as a single agent?

Eldisine (vindesine sulfate) alone may be useful for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia resistant to other drugs, blastic crises of chronic myeloid leukaemia, malignant melanoma unresponsive to other therapies, and advanced breast carcinoma unresponsive to appropriate endocrine surgery and/or hormonal therapy.
