Which cancer is Nexpovio (selinexor) indicated to treat in previously treated adults?

Nexpovio (selinexor) treats adult multiple myeloma with bortezomib and dexamethasone after ≥1 prior therapy, or with dexamethasone after ≥4 prior therapies when disease is refractory to ≥2 proteasome inhibitors, ≥2 immunomodulatory agents and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, with progression on the last therapy.
