Cangrelor (Kengrexal) is licensed with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) to reduce thrombotic cardiovascular events in adults with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI who have not received an oral P2Y12 inhibitor before PCI and for whom oral P2Y12 inhibitor therapy is not feasible or desirable.
