Which antibiotics are physically and chemically incompatible with Exblifep 2 g/0.5 g infusion and must be administered separately?

Metronidazole, vancomycin, gentamicin, tobramycin sulphate and netilmicin sulphate are physically and chemically incompatible with Exblifep 2 g/0.5 g infusion and must be administered separately if concomitant therapy is indicated.
