CARVYKTI (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) is indicated for adults with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy, including an immunomodulatory agent and a proteasome inhibitor, have demonstrated disease progression on their last therapy, and are refractory to lenalidomide.
