Vazkepa (icosapent ethyl) is indicated for statin-treated adults at high cardiovascular risk with triglycerides ≥150 mg/dL (≥1.7 mmol/l) and either established cardiovascular disease or diabetes plus at least one other cardiovascular risk factor.
