Which adults with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia are eligible for Zydelig (idelalisib) in combination with rituximab?

Zydelig (idelalisib) with rituximab is indicated for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who have received at least one prior therapy, or as first-line treatment for those with 17p deletion or TP53 mutation who are not eligible for any other therapies.
