Which adults with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia are eligible for Venclyxto (venetoclax) monotherapy?

Venclyxto (venetoclax) monotherapy is indicated for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who either have 17p deletion or TP53 mutation and are unsuitable for or have failed a B-cell receptor pathway inhibitor, or lack these abnormalities and have failed both chemoimmunotherapy and a B-cell receptor pathway inhibitor.
