When should patients taking nilotinib refrain from driving or using machines?

Although Tasigna (nilotinib) has no or negligible influence on driving or machine use, patients should refrain from these activities while dizziness, fatigue, visual impairment or other undesirable effects that could affect their ability to perform them safely persist.
