Patients should avoid driving, operating heavy or potentially dangerous machinery, and other hazardous activities for the first 8 weeks after CARVYKTI (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) infusion and whenever new neurological symptoms occur, because neurological events may impair consciousness or coordination.
