When are Cytotec (misoprostol) tablets taken in relation to meals and bedtime for ulcer healing?

For healing duodenal, gastric or NSAID-induced peptic ulcers in adults, Cytotec (misoprostol) is taken with breakfast and/or each main meal and at bedtime, totalling 800 micrograms daily in two or four divided doses.
