Abrupt discontinuation of zuclopenthixol acetate may cause nausea, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhoea, rhinorrhoea, sweating, myalgias, paraesthesias, insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, agitation, vertigo, alternating feelings of warmth and coldness, and tremor.
