The most common or important reactions in pooled Yellox studies were abnormal eye sensation (0.5%), mild or moderate corneal erosion (0.4%), eye itching (0.4%), eye pain (0.3%) and eye redness (0.3%); corneal reactions occurred only in the Japanese population.
