What were the most common adverse reactions to Koselugo in adults with NF1 and inoperable plexiform neurofibromas?

In adults with NF1 and inoperable plexiform neurofibromas, the most common adverse reactions of any grade to Koselugo were acneiform rashes (55%), increased blood creatine phosphokinase (37%), diarrhoea (30%), non-acneiform rashes (27%) and vomiting (20%).
