Vericiguat may cause symptomatic hypotension in patients with hypovolaemia; patients with SBP below 100 mmHg or symptomatic hypotension at initiation were not studied, and temporary dose reduction or discontinuation is recommended if symptomatic hypotension or SBP below 90 mmHg occurs.
