Ramucirumab infusion reactions can cause rigors/tremors, back pain/spasms, chest pain or tightness, chills, flushing, breathlessness, wheezing, hypoxia and paraesthesia, with bronchospasm, supraventricular tachycardia and hypotension in severe cases.
